(After session 6) Maybe effortless is not the same as spontaneous? Maybe thinking the syllable is not spontaneous, but still effortless? One actually has to start thinking the syllable or (actively?) "substitute the syllable for these effortless thoughts". So my question is, can we consciously and deliberately think the syllable in an effortless way? I think the answer is No but if not, what we are waiting for seems quite impossible to me: we are required to think/remember/feel the syllable, but only if it pops up spontaneously, effortlessly. Isn't this a paradox?
When the time has come for 3 to 4 minutes of not thinking the syllable, it keeps popping up, of course.
