Response to Advice about how to practice NSR

Very interesting esp. regarding TM dropping it's unnecessary programs - somehow I don't think that will happen any time soon - happy.gif

And I will go do a search of the forum re residential courses in Massachusetts (although I would require some kind of financial gift fr heaven in order to get there!).

I am still hoping to put those NSR fliers around some centers to see if I can get a little group going - however due to my health I don't get out much & don't drive a car - so it will go a bit slowly.

And I especially appreciate this tip:

"* Lie down after meditation sessions for 5-10 minutes (no longer, though). This helps to ensure that the process of stress release terminates and helps integrate silence into our daily life."

I will definitely try that as I have been cutting those "minutes" a bit short as I think "oh good, that's that done, now I can get back to all my activities" - ha ha!

p.s. I have been experiencing some of those little "shudders or twitches" in the past few sessions. I am most interested in this phenomena as it would indicate to me that my nervous system is repairing itself. I have been meditating for nearly 4 weeks now & LOVING IT! happy.gif
