I've been experiencing tensing of the right shoulder whenever I start my meditation. I have to make a conscious effort while meditating to relax my shoulder. It does get better as I get deeper into meditating. My massage therapist laid her hands on my shoulder and told me that I take on a lot of responsibility, which is true, I didn't tell her how stressful my life is. She felt it. Any suggestions, is the tensing of the muscles stress release? It doesn't feel like it.
