Yesterday I was happy to pick up the new NSR manuals from the printer. I even used Twitter about it for the first time

I will start using the new manuals right away, even though I have some old ones left, so your friends, family, or associates who order the materials in hardcopy through www.nsrusa.org will definitely get the new version. Those who download from www.natural-stress-relief.com will also get the new version.
Most of the changes are minor, including clearer organization of the lessons, improved English grammar, and some of the informative points that have come out here in the Forum.
