The TM Technique

I reccomend The TM Technique by Peter Russell. You'll probably have to order it online but I think it's still in print. It was written in the seventies but it's a great look at the technique that puts TM/NSR in it's spiritual/philisophical context and also has a great sceientific breakdown of transcending and it's benefits.
