I've had a cold for the past few days, and I'm just wondering if I should continue to practive NSR meditation daily while I'm sick or if it's best to wait a few days to feel better.

Always practice NSR

mt,

Natural Stress Relief meditation brings deep rest to the entire body. This helps the body to recover from illness and other stressors in a natural way.

Even when ill, it is always valuable to continue your daily practice of NSR, making sure that it is effortless (this is also the case when you are in a very stressful environment). You may not enjoy a deep dive within, you may not enjoy blissful silence. It doesn't matter. Even if the mind is filled with thoughts, or is so dull that nothing seems to be happening, the effortless and innocent practice of NSR is helping.

If you are sick in bed, sit up to meditate, then lie back down. You can meditate several times a day this way, but only if you are very ill. This will help you recover quicker.
