I read his message and I read your attempts to talk with him. I hope he does come back and give you a chance to help him -- and I think you'd be a great help.

But from your side I think you have done all you could. I know that I am impressed with your overall concern for the members of the forum and your desire to help. It is obvious in the thought and time you put into writing good answers. I don't think anyone can fault you for any "lack of concern". I think you've been great and I personally have found your responses to questions insightful and helpful.

So just keep up the good work and I think we'll just have to let him go for now and hope things work out well for him in the end.
