Sorry if this sounds smartass, but to me it is simply silly to learn a very specific, well-researched, profound technique like TM or NSR and then start messing with it by incorporating other processes like having artifically created sound frequencies playing in the background. I have listened to and watched many, many, audios and videos by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi - including the long and thorough Science of Creative Intelligence video course - and the depth of understanding of the mechanics of the transcending process make such sense that it is almost a 'sin' to tamper with the process. Having said that, it will indeed be interesting to see Paul's comments after his experiment. It should be borne in mind though, that such comments would not be in respect of the Natural Stress Relief method as such, but of a hybrid process using an aspect of the NSR technique; for if anything is added to NSR, then the process is no longer NSR. But good luck anyway, Paul. I hope youn gain good benefits.
And on that note I climb off my soapbox.
