There are three sounds on the download file. A voice talking, a voice repeating the syllable and another sound that appears twice. Once at the beginning and again later in the file. What is that sound? Does it have anything to do with making the learn file more effective?
Finished by 6th session and things are going well. I thought the readings after the sessions were important to the effectiveness and built well throught the sessions. I look forward to the sessions now and I always feel more relaxed at the end.

John,
The strange sounds in the audio file are left over from some previous work by Istituto Scientia. They were actually removed about a year ago when the audio was revised, but the download file has not yet been updated to correspond to the audio CD. Don't mind the sounds, they are not necessary and are not a part of NSR. The only purpose of the audio is to provide an example of the pronunciation of the syllable used in NSR. All of the important instruction is contained in the manual, which is identical in its print and download forms.
Despite the strange sounds, the old file works fine for the correct istruction. However, the new audio file will be updloaded soon.
