| I often have the experience of viewing a rapidly changing collage of images: some from my recent experiences, some from memories. I usually just watch, and remain detached from the "show". Once they have been viewed, the images rarely return. It is usually a very fast-paced event, moving much more quickly than passing thoughts, kind of like one of those childhood "flip books", but with unrelated images. Just wondering if this is common. |

Yes, this is the most common form of stress release. As each stress is dissolved, some image or thought associated with it is experienced. Since each stress is completely dissolved, the image or thought is never experienced again.
When all stresses have been dissolved, there are no blocks to full functioning of the nervous system, and thinking becomes strong, focussed, and fully effective.
