After One Month

Two observations.

It seems that there are more than one way to think the syllabel. One that feels like it is coming from the body or throat and one that feels like it is more thought or coming from the same place all those other thoughts come from.

At the beginning of a session after the few seconds of pause before thinking the syllable it just "turns on" as if were already in progress and I am just tuning in.

Do these observations have any value or truth to them or is just a personal experience?

The technique is very energizing and refreshing. Continued thanks for making it avaiable.

John P.,

Your observations are excellent, and useful for others. I especially liked your statement

At the beginning of a session after the few seconds of pause before thinking the syllable it just "turns on" as if were already in progress and I am just tuning in.

This is just the right way of resuming the syllable at the start of each session.
