Bill,
You may still use your prepaid NSR/USA private email consultations. Questions don't always come up in the first few months of practice.
Questions about the origin of the NSR syllable and its relationship to chakras have already been answered many times on this forum. See, for example,
http://www.network54.com/Forum/254541/thread/1178567568/Origin+of++NSR+syllable-, which contains a list of some (but not all) of the answers. It can save time to search for an answer before posting a question.
Another relevant answer is that informal research done at a large university by Dr. Patricia Carrington showed the NSR syllable to be the most comfortable sound of a large set of randomly-selected sounds.
It is important to understand that NSR has nothing to do with chakras. In particular, we do not encourage so-called "kundalini energy" techniques that involve chakras:
* Without a great deal of personal support, it is too easy for severe problems such as pain and body movements to arise. It is easy to find many references this well-known issue by searching the Web for the terms "problems with kundalini".
* They do not release stress efficiently and comfortably as does the direct experience of the unique state of restful alertness (transcendental consciousness) through simple, natural mental techniques such as Transcendental Meditation and NSR Meditation.
