it's not a ghost - it is actually me

Yes, exercising has been a figment of my imagination for a few months, but now that the sun is at last shining in Pittsburgh, I seem to have found the desire to exercise again. Whatever it takes, eh? I actually have not been doing poorly. I kept the five pounds off that I lost in January and added 3 more to that for a total of an 8 pound loss. Not exactly the 5 pound per month loss I had set as a goal for myself but I have not completely quit. I am hoping by Monday those last 2 pounds may be gone and then I can start on my 11-15 pound stretch losing the next five pounds before my anniversary. I would LOVE to be 150 by May 16 for our week-end away.... I was glad to see that you were all still at it and that I had someone to join in with again! Let's get moving
