for the warm welcome back and the encouragement. As far as 150 goes...keep in mind that I am barely 5'3" which means I will still be about 15 pounds over weight

My ideal weight is between 130-135 for my body type. I am aiming to end up soemwhere between 140-145. That would be a total of 20-25 pounds lost. My hubby has never seen me less that 155 - that is what I was able to get down to for my wedding day - he will think he has a whole new woman. Which in a way,I guess he will because if I accomplish this loss to the degree I want, I will have a newfound confidence on many levels
