These were the official reasons given for my banning at turkey.com, by one of the prime moderators there(DA_DIRECTOR), after that Phantom asked for the reasons.

1-Fadi was banned by the administrator and not by the Moderators. Once a member is banned, he/she cannot return under any alias or nick. Therefore Yolla and all her other nicks are banned as well since they belong to the same person.

This is a lie, I was never banned for what I did in the boards, the Admin banning was something personal between me and the Admin, and when I started a new account he accepted it by even telling that it was nice to have me back.

He indirectly admit that I was banned because I did not wish to continue.


2-Yolla has spammed the boards under the nick 'mother of circassian' with pornographic material, thus making his/her situation worse and giving even more justification to the decision of the admin to ban FADI over a year ago.

LIAR, this is a lie and you know it, you, as a moderator, had access to any IP addresses, and having access to them, you knew that the IP addresses of that individual was not mine, because I did not post those materials, so you have no evidences it was me. I even proposed that if a proxy was used to post such materials, to contact the server from which the proxy come from and to ask them to search any trace of a log-in made by an IP from my provider, I was ready to give them the permission to do that. They ignored my request prefering to continue with such claims. Because they knew it was not me, and they know I know they have something to do with that, for more information about that read my other posts, or wait the upcomming site about Turkey.com. There is no cases to ban me, the administrator permitted me to participate, and he even said it was nice to have me back.


3-Yolla was not banned due to censorship. If that was the case, various other Armenians, Greeks and other nationalities arguing anti-turkish pov's would also be censored. There is no censorship on Turkey.com.

Phantom has never been censored, furthermore neither has any of yolla's messages been touched or edited. If you look into the threads yolla had posted in the past, he/she has been given the utmost right to express his/her views.

This is a lie, the majority of the Greeks and Armenians have been banned, and furthermore, my banning was only attribuated to the fact that there was no deniers that matched by argumentation, the documentations I provided, and the undeniable evidences brough to shut the deniers, and you very well know that the request for my banning was made by Turks that were not able to confront me, Circassian that is assuming the role of Administrator, even himself wrote that banning me was asked, and he answered "why not." This is what he says about the reason of my banning.

"...i did not do it but when asked , i said yeah , fadi deserves a punishment because sometimes fadi loses it and starts to act out his/her trouvmatised phsyche on this forum , which is unbearable to watch .... i believe the sentimentality is expressed as " killing the snake while it's head is small " . "

Would anyone consider this person that is assuming the role of the Administrator of Turkey.com forums, anyone older than a teen ?


4-the reason yolla and her other aliases were banned is because Fadi was banned by the admin, thus yolla or fadi's priviledge had been revoked BY THE ADMIN, not BY ME OR ANY OTHER MODERATOR.

This is a lie, my rights were reestablished by the Admin, the Admin and me exchanged on the board at least 2 times, and probably even more after I have registered there, and his answer was, like seen above, that it was nice to have me back. No reason beside my opinions justify my banning, NO REASON.


5-if the goal was to surpress the Armenian point of view, yolla's messages (which total to above 100 and are all lengthy arguments and/r documents) would have been edited or deleted. However they are intact for anyone to read-therefore such an argument is preposterous.

But not only they have BEEN EDITED, but they have been ALL DELETED, those messages that from your opinion were arguments and documents, so if it was in fact not my opinion that was censured, than WHY ! All of those documents presented by my Yolla alias, rare documents that could not be found anywhere else on the web, from works dating back in the 20s and even before, irreplaceble argumentations, all deleted. So, from your own wordings, shall I conclude that it was my point of view(that was BTW not a point of view, but a historical fact)that in fact was supressed ? Of course YES !


Now, out of my respect for Phantom and his civil attitude on the board-I will have request the ban on Yolla's nick to be removed.

However this is Fadi's last chance-and under normal circumstances (since fadi had been banned by the admin before) such a thing wouldn't be allowed.

WHAT THING? I have respected any rules of Virtualcountries and when I clicked on "I agree" I DID AGREE, something you have not, with your racist statments against my people. What should not be tolerated ? Posting pornographic pictures and accusing me of being the author to assassinate my caracter ? So you requested that my ban on my alias be removed ? It is not this that has been removed, but all my posts under Yolla, and many other of my aliases which moderators(which you are part of), deleted, including my most precious argumentations.

information, all I could comment is how I moderate the CWE forum.
I don't delete, edit or ban anybody for expressing political views, as long as there are no insults in the message.
If messages contain insults, I rather delete it than edit it.
If there are already many responses to the message containing insults (depending on the severity of insults), I prefer to leave the message along.
if I edit a message, I give an explanation for the edit.
If there are spamming, or deliberate attempt to make reading the forum harder, I delete the messages and ban the offender for 24 hrs.
So far I have never banned anybody for longer than 24 hrs.
However, the other 3 moderators follow slightly different guidelines, but overall we are lucky to have 4 moderators from different backgrounds with similar viewpoints.
By the way at CWE forum, more than two negative posts by the same individual directed to the same country is considered spam by all 4 moderators.
