Good old UK, my musical home turf and where I had my first hits and international gigs. Still love going here even though the scene has changed beyond anything it was in the early 2000's. There are still lots of clubs, but the thing sit the UK scene was that the pubs shut at 11pm and the only place in town where you could get a drink was at the local club and believe me, every town had one so it wasn't unusual to play 2 or 3 clubs per night racing down the highway. Now it's more of a bar scene with a DJ and a dance floor and all that comes with places like that; 4 alco pops for 5 pounds etc. Not so much about the music. The guys here had a really good line up and the night started very slow so it was a shame hearing all this great music to an empty floor. As I got on it was a little better and I decided to pretend I was at a massive festival it it went down really well and we have a great night with lots of new mixes and productions testing.
