Can't believe the amount of good UK gigs I've done lately. Norwich was one of the most beautiful places I've seen in England. Definitely on par with Cheltenham. After a speedy Dim Sum at Heathrow we drove up to hook up with Mad Barry, who came in earlier. As we haven't seen him for a while, we had a bit of a lads' night out before went to the club that was pretty empty as we came in. Then, just before I went on, a good amount of people came in and I got to it full of energy and mixed it up properly with the odd Rasmus Faber thrown in as well as the Texas and Encore. Gotta have a laugh sometimes and that's exactly what we had - great night!

Did a quick stop over in Stockholm before getting on the red eye to Paris - ouch! Jerome and Manu picked me up in their funky blue convertible and we got down to Auxerre after two hours - no speeding this time wink.gif Chris Kaeser had hooked up a visit in a Bourgogne vineyard. How fantastic it was to see the old oak barrels and try out some different years. On the way to the gig I went with Chris and he has just got the hottest Audi TT Quattro and I'm glad Ronster wasn't with me as the drive was amazingly fast - gotta love Le French. As we came to the venue or the square where the gig was happening, it started to rain, but luckily that ended pretty soon. We all played pretty short sets to a crown ranging from 5 to 65 year olds. Quite interesting as they pretty much sat and watched us play like a concert. Chris did get a big crowd as he was playing his new French hit 'Who's In The House'. We had a blast in any case and after the show we went back to Paris for a kip. On Monday I was spoilt rotten by Jerome and Manu with one of the best lunches I've ever had. Oh la la, what a weekend. Pretty tired now I have to admit. Next week I'm off to Cambridge, which is the last UK show for a bit.
