Am totally laid up at the mo ... two slipped disks in my lower back and another in my neck ... crippled !

Saddened that I've not been able to get to see Stoney play out for ages, but I'll get there !!!

Just hoping that I'm fit and well for the Southport weekender or else they'll be wheeling me round !!!
