Sadly, it seems to be true. I recieved this letter today:
Hi – I just learned some very sad news that a friend of mine, actor Denis Forest – who appeared in the Friday the 13th series, passed away last week (March 19) in Los Angeles. I don’t have very much information, other than he collapsed in his home. I am very sad and shocked, and I just want his friends and fans to know about this sad event. He was a really special person, a true talent, and a great friend. If you could pass this news on to any mutual friends you can think of, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
