Several months ago I read a very unusual book about a group
of people that created elaborate hoaxes, usually utilizing
the internet, that re-created and distorted history. They
were lead by a brother and sister team who had been experi-
mented on as children by their father - - something like
changing the genetic profile that enhanced their intelligence
level. The hoaxes created problems worldwide. I don't usually
read science fiction but I'd like to find out the name of this
book. Anyone?
