Hot Horseradish Mustard
Try this with cold roast beef or a platter of luncheon meat
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup mustard seeds
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine dry mustard, mustard seeds, cider and white wine vinegars, honey,horseradish and red pepper flakes in the container of an electric blender; cover. Whirl until mixture is smooth.
Store in tightly-covered jars in refrigerator up to several months.
