just thought i'd help out. I work in El Segundo (right next to Manhattan Beach), and there's Manhattan Beach Studios on Rosecrans Blvd. near the intersection of Nash. If it is filmed in Manhattan Beach (as from what I've been hearing), then it's probably filmed there. It also bodes well for that argument, that the OC held a premiere at the Hermosa Beach pier, which is about 4 miles from the studios there.
