I need some help with all of this downloading stuff

I've never downloaded an episode before, and I have no idea where to go or how to do it, so if someone could clue me in and help me out, that would be great. I missed episode 18 and REALLY want to see it, so if anyone has it and can help me with it, that'd be great!
