Progesterone 16.8!!!

My re left a message on my answering machine. My progesterone was 16.8 only ONE DAY AFTER OVULATION! That's higher than its ever been. This is after the 150 mg of Clomid given to me by my gyn.

Here's my concern. Now that my RE has discovered a possible fibroid. I am actually a little nervous about the possibility of being pregnant. I am afraid that if I get pg this month, this as of yet unidentified mass in my uterus will cause a miscarriage. Do any of you know of women who successfully carried to term with a fibroid or polyp. Thanks!
