I am sorry about AF. You sounded very discouraged, and I understand why. This is the worst emotional roller coaster anyone could be on. Sometimes I feel like I'm dying and no one understands. Then other days I feel "full of hope" and ready to fight this evil infertility war.
I had cysts after my first cycle of Clomid too, and had to wait a month before starting agan. It just adds "insult to injury" as far as I am concerned. I know it's easier said than done, but try to take it one cycle at a time if you can. The fact that you've been through one IUI already is still a step in the direction of getting pregnant. And, you know you responded well to it in the sense you ovulated and had a great progestereon. My best friend's sister, just had a baby last month. It took her 5 IUI's to concieve, and they were just about ready to give up and it happen their last one. They tried for 4 years of various treatment before hand as well. I think of her often when I get discouraged, and how bumping the road was for them. But, they have a beautiful baby girl now. =)
I know the Herbs idea might be helpful as well. I have done some reading and researching for that. I actually am trying to drink green tea once a day, and make DH as well. It's an antioxident. =)
I will keep you in my prayers Beti, and spend sometime focusing on yourself during this month. Do something for just you. =) And we are all here for you if you want to vent, God knows I do enough of it!
