It's funny you mentioned that lady, and how she'd deal with a medical illness. She told me that she had health problems and she "threw" her pills away and started "trusting God". So, I guess I am a complete ignorant jerk if I don't fallow in her footsteps!
(ha ha) My DH suggested we write a letter together to the Pastor and just brief him on what is going on. That church is a nondenominational church, and is seems really to be a good one. We have liked it so far, and don't want one person's rude remarks to taint our feelings on the church as a whole. We may still go back, but trust me, that was the last time I am bold and ask for prayer from a stranger! =)
I love taking photographs as well. I have been doing it now for a few years, and video too. I started filming weddings and it branched into still photography as well. DH keeps urging me to start my own business in addition to nursing. So this wedding this weekend is a "trial". If the bride likes the photos I may go ahead and take the leap from "hobbies" to "business". One of my all time favorite hobbies is scrapbooking, and I love filming as well. I did all the editing of my own wedding video a while back, and put all our still shots to music. =) It's fun.
It's gonna be a good break. We are traveling with my DH's family, all 8 of them! (ha ha) Grandmas and all.
So our trip should be interesting. DH will go onto Atlanta GA, so he'll be gone on Monday when I have my blood test. If it's positive I thought I'd meet him at the airport when I pick him up with a sign saying, "welcome home Dadday". (hee hee) If it's negative, I guess it will just say "welcome home".
God bless!
