AF arrived all on her own

Well I've been giving this whole infertility thing a break, I havent taken clomid since May, Anyways I was doing alright until 2 of my teenage cousins announced they were pregnant, actually one of them actually went into labor and thats how we all found out.....So then I started thinking, Why on earth is God allowing them to have babies and leave me here alone with no hope of ever having one myself.Oh and I can't forget that my my girlfriend from work is also pregnant, and the babies father is no where to be found. Anyways I don't mean to sound like I'm bad mouthing everyone around me Its just that I feel like I should be entitled to some happiness too. Well Yesterday I was having really bad cramps and after work AF arrived!!!!!!! All on her own!!!!!!! So this means I O'd around 9-11 a very deppressing day for me.....and I do remember feeling some pain in my right ovary that whole day, So I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else???? Should I call the doc and let him know ??? Or should I just wait for next month to see what happens?????
