Nancy,

I really have a good feeling that you're on your way. I'm glad the procedure is over. Did it hurt? How big a deal was it? Were you under general anesthesia?

Things here are pretty good. Strangely enough, I'm doing well even though I got AF last week again. I'm so used to it that it gets easier each month. Also, each month brings me closer to the IVF which will happen in July.

In the meantime, for May and June we are off the fertility drugs and will casually try on our own. June is the month I get started prparing for the IVF from what I've heard. I think the month before the IVF they start you on injections to "shut you down". I'll be finding out more this week. I love the idea of having as spring or summer baby, so conceiving in July would make me so happy (an April baby sounds nice -- hey, why not wish for something good to come out of all this hellish waiting). My son is a December birthday and I hated it -- I was stuck indoors with postpartem depression.

In the recent months of waiting to get pregant, I've lost 17 pounds! (I've really been dieting and exercising to lose the weight I've gained this past year trying to get pregnant (I gained so much weight from all the anxiety and depression).

Anyway, it was great to hear from you. I can't wait for this to be over for the both of us.

Love,
Amy
