Here are some crazy superstitions concerning fertility. If a couple throw peas across the road near their house they will conceive. Heres an appalacian one - take a packet of seeds and mix with menstual blood, let sit out overnight in the full moon light then plant them the next day. As they grow so should a baby. I like this one make a belt with diapers and sleep with it around your waist. Sleep with a cucumber under your pillow and you will conceive. If it were only this easy! I got a good laugh out of these espacially the cucumber one. LOL
