Hi, all. My husband and I have been ttc for 10 months. After going off the pill (had been on for nearly 10 years), I've only had perhaps four menstrual cycles, but actually did ovulate for three of them (I've been charting my BBT). My gyn gave me a prescription for provera for 10 days to induce my flow (64 days since my last period and no signs of temperature spikes this time) and then to start on 50mg of clomid. I started lightly spotting the day I started the provera. Today was day 5 of the provera and it seems as if I'm somewhere between spotting and what my regular flow may be like.
Any ideas if I should stop the provera, count today as my first day of my period and start the clomid 5 days from now? Or should I continue the provera and hope for a better withdrawal bleed after that?

I asked my Dr.prior to taking provera your question and he instructed me to take all 10 pills even if I started bleeding on day 1. Therefore, I recommend you do.
