I am 41 and scheduled to start Clomid 50mg my next cycle. Today is day 28 and no period. I had a progesterone on day 21 last cycle and it showed I was not ovulating. A good thing is my husband had a semen analysis and has a high sperm count. My question is my gynecologist only wants to give my one month on clomid and then wants me to see a fertility specialist, why can't he try 3 to 6 months first adn see what happensf? I live 100 miles from the nearest fertility clinic. Any suggestions on starting Clomid and how to increase my chances of getting pregnant fast.
