In on my 6th round of now 100mg clomid and I am taking for the first time metformin. It has given me terrible diareea(spelling). My question is what are some of your experiences w/metformin. Is it going to work. Im very discouraged. What about drinking alchol w/metformin, Will it make you sick. I was wondering because I have a wedding this weekend ans I would love to have some drinks. My Dr. said it would be ok, but I was wondering if anyone has personal experience. Thank you and good luck to you all.

I just received my perscription for clomid today, but I have been on metformin for 3 months. I had bad diarrea and cramping for the first while I was on it. It did go away though, I was about to call my Dr and ask to try something new it was so bad. On the bright side, I do now have signs of ovulation and have started to lose weight!
