was Marisol administrator of all her businesses and Marisol gave him a "power of attorney". I think she did that when Vanessa and/or her son were in the hospital -- but I'm not sure. He stole everything from Marisol by transferring all her holdings to his name and when he died, he left everything to his daughter (Vanessa).
