From what I have gathered, once the USN officially assigns the call NTTH to USS Cassin Young as a historical museum you can call on 500 Kc and move to one of the 460-490 KC working frequencies because you are for practical purposes a USN ship and would be authorized on 500 Kc as a calling frequency in order to establish communications. Remember 500 Kc is a calling frequency and not a working frequency.
