Response to thanks and best of luck....
From a guy who likes to eat, I thank you and all the cooks for the great grub. Three times a day the crew looked forward to hearing Ernie's voice on the ship's speaker:

"Chow down for the crew! Chow down for the crew!"

(for those wondering who Sandy Wells is, he was a crewmember for part of the East Coast Voyage, helping out Joe and Ernie in the galley)
