Bob, Thanks for the pics - I always enjoy them. However, a couple of thoughts: 1. QM1/c is an enlisted rating. Why do you suppose Stuard is wearing an officer's cap with what appears to be an officer's insignia devise attached, as well as a tie? 2. Enlisted personell pic: Rating badges are worn on the left sleeve of the enlisted jumper along with accumulated service stripes. Not all of these men are in proper uniform. Interesting. Let me know if you know something I don't concerning the above.
