Tall Stack crew selection?

Any word yet on application for crew who would like to make the trip to/from Cincinnati for Tall Stacks in October? I remember reading somewhere that a 15 day commitment was needed from crewmembers hoping to make the trip, but don't remember anything about a formal application process.
