| be the one to enlist with regards to your enquiry about your wife's relative Patrick Newton........I believe Susie or someone across that side of the pond is likely to be of more help than me here in England. I have never had dealings by my recall with US Navy records/archives so much like you I would not know where to begin. I know the procedures over here but likely it is far different over there.....Susie will likely put you in the picture concerning who to contact in the first instance....!!!
