what all is involved in 'buttoning up' the ship for the winter... can someone tell us what all is involved?

I'm sure that there are routine things like covering some of the air ventilators, draining water lines, that sort of thing, but what else? Are there additives to the fuel? Is there a change in air flows or ballast? I'm asking because I don't know what all is involved...

(And Chris.. your new 'Longest Day' logo... is it because you are missing the Gator Gals???
