The Executive Director was informed about the reasons why his contract was being dismissed (whether he agrees with them or not). It is simply not proper to discuss said reasons with anyone else - this is always the case with personnel issues. Again - I would fire my own sister for the same reasoning I used in making my decision regarding the Executive Director. I can't make a statement any stronger than that.
