Response to LST-325 Fire Control

From the markings on the barrel switches in the gun director tub it appears the director could control the twin 40 by itself, or the twin 40 and one additional 40 single. It could not control all three.
The gun mounts had three modes.
Auto, where the gun director aimed and fired them
Local Surface where the trainer could control the mount with electric motors operated from the control yoke you see on the left side of the mount or
Manual where the hand cranks were used.

I will have to climb up in the tub to make sure but I believe this is right.
