I am not in Evansville but I do know the Rivercam is provided by the COURIER & PRESS the local newspaper. Their IT person is the one who works on it when he can. Back in the fall a new camera and processer were installed in our office having been moved out of the Restaurant. At the same time there was some software changes.

I agree with y'all in that it seems to have had more down time since November than it had since OCT '05. Right now just gettin it in focus and pointing in the right direction would help alot. BTW does it look like it is looking up hill to you?
