Response to Monday's MVPA Lincoln Hwy run.

"Here is a great link to a site with some awesome MVPA Transcontinental Convoy pictures while they were in Ohio.

Don, Kurt & I participated in the Wooster, OH to Delphos, OH segment on Wednesday and I have to say it was terrific. Don said that it is so touching to see all the people lined up alongside the roads or in town just waiting to see all the military vehicles. Just proves that there are people who love their country and what was given for it. Don said you couldn't believe all the people standing in the rain waiting for them and waving flags! It was unbelievable. There is also a blog on the MVPA website (www.mvpa.org) or on the Wooster newspaper sitehttp://www.the-daily-record.com/news/article/4610510 that have a great articles and a video of the convoy leaving Wayne Co. Fairgrounds in Wooster bright and early Wednesday morning. You can also find this onhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfdplOYrQuM along with interviews of women in the convoy. It just gives you goosebumps to see miles of vehicles and people alongside the roads waving and cheering. Don said a lot were the old veterans and what was so touching was they saluted the convoy as it drove by. Totally the best experience ever! Im glad we did this."
