These are two quad 40mm mounts and two twin 40mm mounts, basically complete as mothballed many years ago, except that the removeable ends of the barrels are no longer there. They came from the old USS DONNER, a WW2 vintage LSD. One correction, all four mounts are at the James River Reserve Fleet Headquarters, Fort Eustis Virginia (next to Williamsburg), not Little Creek. But that's good news...they are 30 miles closer to the 325 that way! We found in "Ships and Aircraft of the US Fleet" that each quad 40mm mount should weigh approx. 24,000 lbs, and each twin mount should weigh approx. 13,000 lbs.
