Response to YP 389 remains found off the coast of Cape Hattaras NC
I read the article attached to your message. Also I couldn't believe how clear the photo of the wreck is. I had seen some video of when they were salvaging parts of the "Monitor" & it appeared not as clear. Of in that instance alot of silt was stirred up, I guess
