PROFILE
As a hardworking, confident and motivated person I have moved to Dubai to gain more life experience as an English Language Teacher. I am versatile, adaptable and have experience in a range of different areas. I am seeking employment where I will be able to develop myself and others in an organisation I can be proud to work for.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Managerial - Responsibility for staff appraisals, welfare, and behaviour. Meeting sales targets, setting the operating plan and implementing changes. Analyse weekly figures, oversee special projects, write reports and work together as a management team.
Development Coach - Encourage others to develop themselves and therefore reach their full potential. Lead people to the answer instead of “telling” the answer.
English Language Teacher - I have completed the CELTA qualification at the Randolph School of English in Edinburgh. During which I gained valuable classroom experience and theory/methodology of teaching English Grammar. I have been recommended for a B Pass.
