I haven't posted much around here, but I thought I should probably announce our news....
We have been feeling the tug to adopt again, even though Luke's adoption hasn't been finalized yet. We would really prefer an older baby or preschooler this time, but we could probably be persuaded to accept a newborn. LOL We also have our heart set on a girl this time, because we have 5 boys and 3 girls, and us girls are feeling outnumbered. I also promised my dh that I won't actively search for another child to adopt, because it takes too much time away from our family. Instead, we've put in our profile with a couple of places, and we'll tell our friends and acquaintances to be on the lookout for us, but that's all. If the Lord brings another baby into our lives we'll be ecstatic, but if not, then we'll be content with the eight we already have.
So if anyone hears of an available girl w/DS up to the age of 5, please let me know. Thanks!
