- what styles have i trained in? too many to remember. I've tasted many styles, however I'll assume you meant "what styles did you train for a decent amount of time in". Well, I did Tae Kwon Do for aroun 6-7 months when I was 13 or so and quit as i thoght it was bull shit. Then when i was around 14-15 my father taught me RAAF Defensive Tactics and Control, he learnt that stuff when he was in the Airforce. The stuff my father taught me was my first taste in a REAL fighting method. It was simpel and effective. After that I really got into learning effective arts and it just so happened the next martial art to learn was JEET KUNE DO. While I was doing jeet kune do i studied Teng self defence from the founder, CHRIS TENG his system is a MMA which includes Wing Chun Gung Fu, Kenpo and a bit of Tae Kwon Do.
I became an instructor in jkd and teng.
so basically my fighting method consists of jkd with some teng and some raaf.
at the moment i'm studying wing chun gung fu to strengthen my jkd roots.
been in martial arts for dunno, around 9 years or so |
