I had ordered for the home job directory from CCS.But after seeing this message board i decided to stop the cheque payment and i did stop it.But yet i have received the directory. It is worthless..but will there be a legal problem if i dont send them the money.Has anybody faced a similar situation?
I have also been taken in by ccs. I sent them their money got the cheesy book and nothing came of the $40.00 i sent away for stuffing envelopes. I am scared to try anything else and now that i found your website i am glad that i did not send anyone else any money. Being afraid that this is a scam i emailed one lady about info on on line surveys and got an answer back saying that this person could not be contacted as this was just a contact email address for filled out forms and no one would be able to contact me.
Its really bad when someone will take advantage of someone who can no longer work in the work force due to health reasons. thanks for listening, glad there was somewhere to read up on this company.
I too have been taken advantage of by this company. I signed up with all the survey places in this book but found out that all the sites do not pay in check but in creadits towards products or ballets foe contests. I also do not qualify for the surveys. I cant get an e-mail address so I can try to get my money back. Please help.

I too have ordered the directory without doing any research on them first. A few red flags went up when I looked through it, so I decided to visit the better business bureau website and look up the companies listed. All but one had received several complaints and warned people against them. Some were listed as illegal chain letter scams and there were 3 under different co. names run by the same Barbara chick. Only 1 co. was a member of the BBB and they stated that they were not employers but their supplies were to be used for hobbies!!! Also a few were in bad standing with the BBB for claiming to be a member and sending out pamphlets with the BBB symbol on it. I looked up Canadian Consumer address on the Toronto map website and got Mailbox ect. I guess I paid $40 to learn a lesson.

I came across an ad in the local newspaper and went to the website and thought how nice it would be to make nice money from home. I read the whole website and talked to my husband and we both thought it looked real. I have had a bad expeience with work from home things and lost more then $40.00. So I am a little cautious when it comes to these things. I was almost ready to send my money but then I would do a little research first and came across this talk board. Now I am so happy I did not send them money. I am from Ontario, Canada and don't have a lot of money to waste on these things.
I learned my lesson for paying $39.97. It's not much on the monetary side but the damage they are are inflicting for hopes of a better future cannot be bought. I hope the concerned authority does something to stop or in anyway minimize these before they fool more innocent people. I've noticed their ad is constantly published in the local papers. I tried taking their free offer the second time to see if they've changed strategy of fooling people but it's all the same, how the letter is made, their offer, how to go about it - their all the same, the only thing that changed is their signatory, this time it's the "Vice Presient" that's signing the letter.
To the readers, please be warned.
I didn't find this website until now...and it's too late. I paid my money and recieved the damaged goods a few days ago. What a scam! You pay 40 dollars to receive a book on other scam companies that want your money. If anyone is interested in this book, don't send your money. Instead, email me, sajharrison@netscape.net and I will be happy to photocopy it and mail it to you for FREE. And my free does not include sending money. Charles Cooper...or whatever his name is...will not make anymore money if I can help it. Please email me and I will send you any info you want. I'm thinking of opening a website, so that whenever someone looks into this guy or company, my website will pop up and I will offer it to them for free as well! Charles Cooper if you don't like me sending out your fraudulent package....then SUE ME!! Crawl out of the corner that you are in and bring me to court, PLEASE!!
So, anyone...email me and I'll either email you the 'booklet' or I'll mail it to you...my pleasure. We all know Mr. Cooper checks in here to laugh at the people he has scammed, so I hope he pops in to see my post!
my roommate and I wrote out the cheque tonite. We were going to mail it monday. Then we checked the mailbox and found another offer from Bela Jewellery. It was identically printed so we got suspicious and started googling. Needless to say that cheque will never be mailed. Keep your eye's open people, you opened mine and together, opening others, maybe we can even stop these bastards.
I want to know if you could send me an e-mail of one of these pages that says work at home stuffing envelopes?
The reason i think i might know about this page is
that someone i met lately said that he works
for this company named by celebrity or something like that. And he gets payed 500.$ for 250 envelopes or 1000.$
for 500 envelopes no more per week and only one adress per house. So if you got this information in you book
please e-mail me that page and the cover of the book.
I wish I had come here first,I read there add on the weekend thinking I could pick up some extra money,I even showed my husband.Great it looks OK to me so I gave Charles my visa no.
He took my money out the same night!Monday night a friend/police officer came over, I told him what I was doing oops, thats why I'm here.
With enough complaints I hope we start seeing our money back.
Ok, I fell for it and I am ashamed as I am almost always a very careful person. I came here after I paid CCS 39.97 online with my Visa. I then called VISA and inquired if I could somehow stop it. My bank is TD and they said once the transaction is posted (Once they know where the money comes from), I should call them and they can reverse the charge. So If this helps anyone, please call your Visa card provider and explain it to them and hopefully we can save some money and embarrasment. Thanks to all who posted here.
I was scammed to I also was looking into the paper and www.couponwork.com is the same thing after looking them all up on the BBB and some of the jobs in the CCS book they are all going out of business. It is to bad everyone that was scammed couldn't sue the jerk for all of the money he took I printed the pages off and he contradicted himself on his webpage that is no longer there and his guarentee. I wish I would have looked on here also before apply for this book.
