Please expand. It takes logic and skill to throw a mud pie successfully. Many people who post here write at just above 3rd grade level. Then they complain that they "can't make it" in the profession...and you guessed it...it is all the "fault of the profession."

If they were to dare write a thank-you note to a doctor for referring a patient, it sounds like gibberish...like your post.
